PLACING AN ORDER (ORDER ENTRY)
The easiest way for AMX dealers and distributors to place a sales
order is to contact our Global Customer Service team.
Live support is available: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am -
6:00 pm Central Time (GMT-5). If you are attempting to reach us
after hours, you may leave a message or send an email and we will
gladly respond within 24 hours or the next business day, however
we always attempt to get back to you as soon as possible.

TRACKING AN ORDER (AMX.COM ACCOUNT CENTER)
The AMX Account Center is the online resource for AMX dealers
and distributors to go anytime to track their sales orders and
manage their company’s account including the ability to view and
download reports regarding their sales orders. Available reports
include: Account Status, BullsEye Monthly Status, Order and Line
Status, Product Returns and Year to Date Sales (Fiscal).

Available reports include: Account Status, BullsEye Monthly Status, Order and Line
Status, Product Returns and Year to Date Sales (Fiscal).
The Account Status report gives you a quick look at several details of your account
including your Credit Limit, Account Status, Bonus Level and applicable PO Hold Status’.
Order and Line Status allows you to view all of your open and shipped orders over the
past 90 days as well as the status of your customers repair orders.
